Bright on Track  Terms and Conditions

Number of Guests per room

The number of guests per  room are determined by the number of beds available. We will happily  supply a cot for infants. Please let us know if extra children under 5 will share bed. We will accept one further guest for a tariff of $30 by arrangement.

Deposits & Full Payments

A deposit of 1 night is to be paid immediately by credit card to secure a booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.

Full payment if any is due on arrival date.

Cancellation & Refunds

The deposit is refundable, less $50.00 administration levy, if cancellation occurs more then 14 days prior to arrival date (the deposit may be transferred in full to a later booking date).

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days to arrival date we will endeavor to rebook the accommodation. If the booking can be re-sold to its full original value, full payment/deposit will be refunded less $50.00 administration levy or transferred in full to a later booking date.

Re-bookings can only be made for available times and to the value of the original booking and are at the discretion of the Manager. Any increase in tariffs must be covered by the guests.

No deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs within 48hrs of arrival date.

 

 

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in Time is from 2:00pm (15:00 hours)

Check out Time is before 10:00am (1100 hours)

Smoking

Bright on Track is  smoke free inside.  However, guests can smoke outside where ashtrays are provided under cover. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be debited to your credit card if evidence of smoking inside is found.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is for the use of guests only. Others may use the pool at Management’s discretion only.

Glass may not be brought  into the pool enclosure.

The Spa pool is heated when required by guests. Just ask at reception and allow  about an hour to heat.

Pets

Bright on Track does not accommodate pets.
